Privacy Policy
Last updated 7 October 2026
In2Line respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
Who we are
In2Line is a digital studio based in Bristol, United Kingdom. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at sam@in2line.com. For the purposes of UK data protection law, In2Line is the data controller for the information described here.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and run our services:
- Contact details you give us. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us about your project.
- Website usage data. Basic, standard analytics such as pages visited and rough location, used to understand how the site is performing. This does not identify you personally.
- Audit data (Sitewise). If you run a website audit through our tool, we process the website address you submit in order to generate the report.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss working together.
- To deliver and support any service or product you have asked for.
- To improve our website and understand what is useful to visitors.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.
Lawful basis
We process your contact details on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the business, for example website hosting, form handling and email. They only process your data on our instructions and are bound to keep it secure. We may also disclose data where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was given, or as long as the law requires, and then delete it.
Cookies
We keep cookies to a minimum and use only what is needed for the site to work and for basic, privacy-respecting analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email sam@in2line.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
